As a trading company specializing in electronic measuring instruments, Denkei Europe was established in Munich in May 2023 as the first European base of the Nihon Denkei Group, which boasts the top share in sales in Japan. As our business is growing in Europe, we are expanding our operation by opening a new subsidiary in Debrecen in April 2024.
As a technical partner, Nihon Denkei supports customers globally with a network of 50 locations in Japan and 52 locations in 13 countries and regions overseas, and based on the trust built up over many years with users and manufacturers. The strength of our business lies in our forward-looking and solid approach to achieving good results, keeping an eye on trends in cutting-edge technology, and investing in the future with knowledge, information, and ingenuity.
Leveraging our strengths, our main fields are the next-generation automobile market such as ADAS (autonomous driving) & EV, and the communication industry. We are now looking for a capable Sales and Administrative Assistant (all genders) to support our business in Europe. In this important role, you will be responsible in supporting administrative and sales activities to ensure the smooth running of our business.
What you are going to do:

• Maintain close contact with our customers and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of projects and orders.
• Order processing including but not limited to quoting, confirmation, initiation, as well as tracking and invoicing.
• Responsible for the entry, maintenance and management of data in the system.
• Working closely with colleagues from our headquarters and other branches around the world.
• Event planning and on-site coordination including travel planning and hotel bookings.
• All other organizational and operational processes of the office.

What we are looking forward to:

• Proficient in English and Hungarian. Business fluency in Chinese or Japanese is a great advantage.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute many parallel tasks, with organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Solid knowledge of current Windows and MS Office versions.
