Job Description
We offer tools and services to enhance (virtual) collaboration and a culture of information sharing for Deutsche Telekom employees. That’s why we bring together all value streams: from Video Conferencing, Telephony and Chat to the Microsoft 365 world and social collaboration.
Order management (Licence, Hardware and Service)
My Phone tasks:

• Coordination of customer demands, customer support
• Communication with stakeholders
• FMB maintenance
• Test activities for My Phone products and services

Hardware orders + Service & Licence orders via My Store tool:

• Order entry, Tracking (SAP, My Store)
• Goods receipt and Controlling activities

• Forecast process
Budget planning, Tracking, Communication with controlling

Qualifications

• MS Team Phone knowledge
• SAP (PFS+P02)
• Ordering process
• Controlling, Excel
• English and German (B2) - Team language: English
