Job Description
The role has opened due to ever growing international business demands. As a Service Now Developer your main responsibility is to implement the requirements & user stories in Service Now platform while ensuring that SN OOB recommendations and industry best practices are applied.
Tasks:

• Creating and implementing end to end solutions for customers, addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design, Service Now Technical Best Practice and Standards
• Defining and implementing technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems
• Supporting the scoping of service engagements involving at least one Service Now product
• Taking responsibility from simple to complex integration tasks regarding the interface creation with different external client applications/systems
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements
• Taking responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation
• Understanding business needs to be able to offer the best technical solutions

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in SW development (low-code / no code also works)
• Long-term commitment and willingness to invest in learning and working with Service Now
• Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
• Understanding of service management concepts, data models, integration practices
• Experience implementing solutions using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related solutions
• Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g., SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, JSON, Angular, Angular JS
• Personal qualities: eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem solving skills, reliable and thorough personality and a good sense of humor would come in handy working with us, IT geeks
• Strong oral and written communications skills (both business English and Hungarian)

Nice to have skills and capabilities

• Working proficiency in German language
• Good presentation skills
• Experience with configuration and development of Service Now Platform
• Knowledge of Service Now platform key capabilities and solutions, OOB features
• Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD or others)
• Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• ITIL knowledge and certifications (Foundation, Managing Professional
