Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to our agile team which is responsible for the Group wide used YAM UNITED application. Besides YAM UNITED, the team is also responsible for MIRO and YAMtube.
In your role as a team member you would also work closely together with our Architect, the POs and 3rd party providers of the mentioned applications.
In our team you will get the freedom to bring in new ideas and have the space to try out new things.
As a team member, you will be involved in

• Configuration tasks, automation projects, interface topics
• Operating of services running on Azure
• Collaboration in optimization projects

Further tasks, on a general level would include:

• Measure, analyze and monitor the infrastructure to be supported for availability and performance
• Carrying out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analyses and corrections
• Participation in the automation of infrastructures and software as well as the conception and realization of infrastructure solutions
• Consideration of security relevant specifications and architectures
• Creation of concepts for the further automation of services, processes and / or operating models
• Support in all standard activities in connection with operations, e.g., closing security gaps
• Checks, executes, solves (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.
• Implements, operates and maintains CI/CD pipelines
• Standardizes, innovates and automates

Qualifications

• Experience in IT-field, especially in MS365 (Share Point, Copilot, Stream, Clipchamp) service knowledge (1-1.5 years)
• English knowledge
• Strong customer orientation
