Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client and internal reports.
  Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards.
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis for management reporting and needs.
• Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects.
  Assisting in automating reports by designing macros and work with management to optimize workload.
• Supporting initiatives under the portfolio.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Proficiency in Google sheets and google products .
• Exp with data extraction from various tool like WFM tools like Verint or screen scraping etc.
• Excellent knowledge on automation (Scripting, Macros AI etc).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Excellent numerical, analytical ability & presentation skills.
• Relevant MIS experience for 1-2 years in contact center industry.
• VBA/Scripting Macros/GEN AI concepts, exp would be an added advantage.
• Adaptability to work in a 24*7 environment is a must.
• Good eye for details.
