Administration of Catalyst funds and mandates.
Liaison with administrators, custodians, trustees and auditors of the fund.
Liaison with various internal teams to ensure fund/portfolio details, trades and performance are correctly maintained and reconciled on internal systems.
Understanding the deals and transactions to facilitate smooth closing and funding of deals.
Monitoring and maintaining accurate fund/portfolio information including cash balances and position reports.
Monitoring the portfolio data across internal systems and ensuring the information is reflected correctly across platforms and taking initiatives to enhance data quality.
Assisting Fund Manager to address internal and external investor requests and production of fund information for quarterly reporting and other regular reporting.
Assisting Fund Manager on ad hoc duties.

Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of operational processes.
