Job Responsibilities:
Finance Management:

• Assist in managing the company’s finances.
• Plan and allocate finances across different business segments.
• Analyze and report on financial allocations for various company operations.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to finance.
• Manage the company’s cash flow and fund flow.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting; monitor performance and analyze

Financial Reporting and MIS:

• Manage vendor payments and other financial obligations.
• Prepare and analyze income and expense schedules.
• Assist in annual budgeting.
• Able to effectively analyze and report on all aspects of day-to-day operations
• Prepare and present MIS reports; analyze financial data for key trends and insights
• Oversee month-end/year-end closing; finalize and reconcile financial statements.

Report Preparation:

• Compile and prepare detailed reports for each business area, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, foreign vendor payments, and general ledger accounts.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis; prepare presentations using Power Point.

Assisting the Managing Director:

• Assist the Managing Director in the efficient management and growth of each business segment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
