Job responsibility

• Define the architecture, create high level design artifacts, and define technology approaches/processes.
• Create and code solutions in a multi-team set-up and ensure a successful implementation of process automation in the CARE domain
• Hand on Java/microservice development as per the sprint objective
• Support management in the process of growing the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice
• Build Proof of concepts as required and build BPMN/Camunda Capability in _VOIS

Train/Mentor Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and Support the set-up and upskilling of the new team


Application KT would be scheduled.
Internal KT / mentoring based on the weaker areas identified during interviews or project performance would be scheduled.
This is and IC role and further progression would be based on project performance
