INTRODUCTION

As part of the Advisory and Transactions function, CBRE is looking for candidates with the below experience to be a part of a vibrant and result oriented team. Team will be responsible for driving and ensuring adherence to transaction related SOPs focusing on risk assessments, audit checks, account governance and driving ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

CORE RESPONSBILITIES

• Audit and assess all the client servicing processes of the Reals Estate Transactions Lifecycle by active participation in detailed process analysis, risk identification, mitigation etc.
• Identify gaps in the above in correlation to the required standard of account governance and SOPs that we need to ensure adherence to
• Implement requisite solutions to bridge gaps and eliminate / hedge risks in the overall operational and service delivery framework
• Follow up cadence with each team and key client service managers to assess the progress on implementation in the endeavor to help ensure that the required account governance practices are being followed thoroughly
• Management reporting on a fortnightly / monthly basis pertaining to all audits / assessments and overall progress in all teams sustaining the required levels of adherence and compliance
• On a continuous basis, evolving the overall operational framework to attend to client needs and operate objectively without vested interest

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

§ Graduate or above; prior experience in either field of audit, risk management / mitigation, control management etc. in the Real transaction sector (preferred)
§ Total 5 - 10 years of work experience in audit and compliance, risk management and account governance
