Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate to help us expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients and partners through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to advise on strategic business decisions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners. Highlight the unique value propositions of our real estate offerings.
  • Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with clients and partners to close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and sales results. Provide regular updates to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Address and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate market trends, valuation, and legal considerations. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is beneficial.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
