Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored pharmaceutical solutions that align with Medilente Pharma’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into revenue by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted regions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including follow-up on leads, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company’s product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead activities, sales pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. PCD Pharma.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into revenue.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market dynamics.
