Introduction:
We are 9 years old company. We are mainly into government sector of Maharashtra like Municipal Councils and Corporations of Maharashtra. We undertake government contracts of software development, Tree Census, Biodiversity survey, Detailed Project Report preparation etc. We want to scale up in different departments of Maharashtra and different States of India. We do deal with various decision maker government authorities.
Designation: Business Development Executive
Offered CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA
Extra Benefits: Travelling and Stay Allowance, Incentive on Sale, Sim Card, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Bonus as per company policy etc.
Gender: Male
Education:
* Any graduation Mandatory
* Any certification will have added advantage
Experience: Must have at least 3 years or more experience in Municipal Council or Corporation sector for Business Development
MUST DOABLE:
* Frequent travelling (Nearly 5 days travelling in a week)
Job Description:
* Must be able to create Marketing Plan
* Must follow company policies, processes, rules & regulation
* Must achieve KRA's, KPI's
* Must suggest new products, services which can add value
* Must note and report Daily Expenses
* Must abe able to do tender submission (Physical as well as Online)
* Must be able to Check Emails & Reply
* Attend Calls, follow ups & Reply
* Creating different presentations
* Providing necessary documents to clients
* Ready to travel according to distance and requirement anytime
* Perform other task as on when needed & as instructed
* other related works
Skills:
* Must have worked with Municipal Councils and corporations
* Must Know different terminologies and working of Municipal Councils in Maharashtra
* Must have knowledge of Majhi Vasundhara abhiyaan, Swach Sarvekshan, Tender procedure, Technical Sanction, Administrative Sanction, GR's and other terminologies
* Must know at least 15 CO's of Councils
* Must have good English, Marathi & Hindi communication skills (RWS)
* Time management & work scheduling
* Using different tools & open source software required for performing tasks
* Must have habit to write the allotted works and complete before timeline
* Good analyzing Skill
* Must be able to Build sales team
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
