Trueline Media is a full-service corporate video production and marketing agency catering to a wide range of B2B clients globally. Our videos span various industries such as manufacturing, technology, Agri Tech, healthcare, pharma, fintech, and AI, and are tailored to suit clients in countries like India, the US, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Singapore. Our offerings include corporate films, explainer videos, case studies, success stories, product demos, factory walk-throughs, and leadership monologues. Some of our esteemed clients include Hitachi, JSW, Stylam, SKF, Sun Pharma and many more.
Trueline Studio
To further facilitate the global brands and leaders, we have recently created a state-of-the-art studio which offers a large green screen, a dedicated podcast section, 5 interview sets and all this with perfectly balanced acoustics. Trueline Studio will help us amplify the quality of content and extend our portfolio.
We are looking for a competitive and passionate Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposals for new and existing business accounts.
  • Research, study and understand clients’ business operations to create tailored video production proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define project scope and determine costs.
  • Create and maintain in-house sales decks, presentations, rate cards, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure marketing collaterals are organized and distributed across different locations.
  • Develop strategies to promote Trueline Media and Trueline Studio to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for current and potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key clients, positioning Trueline Media and Trueline Studio as their preferred video production partner.
  • Personalize each proposal to reflect the unique needs and goals of the client, highlighting how our services specifically address their challenges.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video production and marketing.
Required skill set, Qualifications and other parameters:
  • Proven work experience of more than 2 years in Business Development (preferably Media Sales).
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising, Sales, Communication, Business Management or similar field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Aptitude in creating and delivering attractive presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding networking abilities.
