My STEM Lab – Brainchild of ENTECRES Labs, a team of research engineers along with some professors and educationalists. The core team has been involved in research to develop DIY STEM Kits for Schools According to National Education Policy 2020. Our aim is to provide teachers with innovative tools to aid students in the acquisition of core STEM knowledge and allow students to apply that knowledge to real-world situations through “thought, analysis, problem-solving, evaluation or critical thinking.” In other words, My STEM Lab wants to bring relevance to the classroom and demonstrate how maths and science is used in everyday life. We offer customized curricula in multiple languages, along with our collection of 500+ science activities and experiments designed for students from kindergarten to grade 10, following CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, CIE, and SSC curricula.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving the growth of our STEM education programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the education sector and a passion for promoting STEM learning.
Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expanding our STEM education programs, both locally and regionally.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
  • Knowledge of STEM Education: Strong understanding of STEM concepts and the importance of STEM education in today’s world.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the education sector.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
  • Open to travel pan India.
