International Sales and Business Development Manager
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
About Us:
We are a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality natural stone paving solutions based in India. With a strong commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability, we cater to the global market, offering an extensive range of products including sandstone, limestone, granite, marble and slate. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Europe market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration and growth in Europe.
  • Identify and target key market segments, including landscaping companies, construction firms, and building material distributors.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and establish connections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and communicate the benefits and features effectively to clients.
  • Provide product training and support to clients to ensure they can maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Use insights from sales data to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in international sales, preferably within the natural stone industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the international natural stone markets.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivation: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet overseas clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
