Business Development Manager

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and successfully close New business deals.
Prepare sales contractsand get its signed for customer
Maintain relationship and get a new business from existing customer
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals and Monthly, quarterly and Annual target met
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Identify opportunities for Real estate development through Strategic alliance, acquisition or other market opportunities in All over India and review the opportunity in accordance with company's overall business strategy.
Help team to manage and develop network/ relationship with channel Partner, key brokerage firms, land matter related authorities for lead generation.
Train, manage, Hiring and monitor sales team , help sales team to
close the sales .
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in managing sales or marketing teams

Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office ,Must know MS excel and MS word
Excellent in English written and communication skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills

Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport MS Power Point
Time management and planning skills
Must be BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Experience in Real- estate will be added advantage
Location :- Dehradun – DOON IT PARK
Salary :- 360000 /Annum + Incentive + Mobile allowance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
