We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a salary + commission basis.
Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals. This position offers a high level of flexibility and the potential for significant earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of outsourcing or co-sourcing industry and market dynamics as we have a global delivery center in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
