Co Re Procurement – Analyst - Category management
Seeking a high performing and motivated candidate to grow the Procurement team in India (USI Delivery Centre). Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting key internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships in procurement activities in USI and global regions.


Work you will do:
The Co Re Procurement organization was created to drive the Deloitte Global 2020 Strategy by sharing investments and resources to increase our global operational performance, enhance cross-border agility, deliver strategic procurement services, develop talent, enhance operational performance, and mitigate risk.
The Procurement Category management is seeking an Analyst for our Talent team.
Resposibilities:

• Collaborate with external stakeholders on business and commercial requirements to effectively draft contract language
• Negotiate commercial details and nuances of contract language with external parties and stakeholders
• Ability to read, review, mark-up and evaluate vendor contracts
• Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to author concise abstracts of various kinds of contracts
• Demonstrated expertise of MS Word Excel, and Power Point, with the ability to create effective presentations to leadership
• A “customer service” orientation and the ability to work under tight time constraints
• Outstanding communication skills required for interaction with globally based leadership, stakeholders and vendors
• Understanding of multi-national business cultures and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
• Global procurement experience will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, work experience in contracts management/administration Experience in professional services environment or a financial services legal shared services team, with a strong client service orientation (whether internal or external clients)

Requisite core skills

• Experienced in contracting cycle and the stages involved in a sourcing and contract renewal procurement process
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills to enable an understanding of any contract and have an ability to negotiate details and nuances of contract language with external parties and stakeholders
• Experience in any category such as Talent, Technology & Real estate etc. will be an added advantage
• Willingness and ability to collaborate with external stakeholders on business and commercial requirements in order to effectively draft contract language

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

Timings: 11 AM – 8PM or 2PM to 11PM IST with flexibility to accommodate as business needs
