Channel Partner / Sub Broker Network Manager - Stock Broking

1. Sub Broker Channel Development:
- Spearhead the pan India business development strategy for partners for the Stock Broking MNC.
- Develop and execute a robust recruitment plan to onboard sales and service managers in key regions, ensuring optimal coverage across India.
2. Partner Acquisition and Management:
- Conduct frequent webinars and seminars to engage with potential partners.
- Train and handhold newly onboarded partners, offering continuous guidance on newly launched products and services.
- Ensure timely coordination with the service desk to address any servicing requirements of existing and new partners.
3. Performance and Revenue Management:
- Work closely with partners to help them achieve targeted growth metrics, including new account openings, increasing funding books, and other key revenue generation activities.
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure that all partners meet the company's business development and revenue goals.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of business development plans for partner acquisition and growth.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and marketing efforts for the Partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales & business development experience, specifically within the sub broker vertical or relevant broking operations.
- Prior experience in launching or scaling sub broker/partner channels would be an added advantage.
2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
3. Broking Operations Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of broking operations and the ability to effectively communicate product and service offerings to partners.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory and operational aspects of the sub-broker ecosystem in India.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive large-scale partner engagements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
