About the Role
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful implementation of various projects aimed at making a positive impact on the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a passion for social development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
● To plan, monitor and motivate Project teams of all locations in a professional manner.
● Overall responsible to Address the key challenges for ultimate achievement of Key indicators of all the 3 Locations/ Cities.
● Travel, Participate in Activities in the field on a periodical and planned manner.
● Document, Analyze data and pressure monthly & quarterly reports to partner/ Donor.
● Bring Innovative best practices from Different geographies, identify gaps in Capacity of Stakeholders and recommend Training Programs.
● Handle Team leads, supervise their Monthly Plans and guide them towards Project objectives.
● Identify Knowledge, Capacity gaps in Stakeholders, Team members , municipality staff and recommend Training and capacity building programmes.
● Overall responsible for Financial and programmatic plans and Achievements of the same in a timely manner.
● Use the appropriate M&E tools and the Dashboard to make sure that program implementation is data entered, is being captured, represented and that project implementation is on track.
● Provide regular written and verbal reports tracking progress against the work plan and implementation schedules.
● Anchoring team meetings and catch ups with facilitators/fellows to handhold them throughout the implementation journey.
● Be part of the planning process for the team to ensure an effective plan and budget is in place and it is adhered to.
● Participate and contribute to Training of Trainers.
● Responsible for effective program delivery.

● Strong negotiation skills.
● Good time management skills.
● Excellent written and communication skills in preferred language.
● Basic skills in MS Office, Google suite.
Qualifications and Traits
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.).
● Proven experience in project management and team leadership, preferably in the NGO sector.
● Strong understanding of social development issues in India.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Languages must – English, Kannada, Hindi.
● Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
● Proficient in project management tools and software.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
