Job Description:
1. Qualified Company Secretary with Active Associate Membership with Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
2. Minimum Experience of 0-2 Year. Fresher’s can also apply
3. Eager to learn pre-arrangement and conduct the Board, Shareholders, Committee meetings and to follow detailed compliances as in Companies Act/Secretarial Standards and Preparation and maintenance of Minutes and resolutions, Update and guidance to the Board/Shareholders of the Company with regards to their duties, responsibilities and power laid down under Various Acts.
4. MS Excel , Hindi & English Typing would be preferred
