Responsibilities:

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Position requires oversight as well as hands-on preparation of analyses as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees, clients, and vendors.
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Assist with accounts payable vendor and invoice processing.
• Complete monthly working capital reporting as well as client credit authorization requests.
• Assist with preparation of SSC documents related to: client setup, rate card adjustments, transfers, etc.
• Quarterly review and maintenance of non-billable vendor POs
• Create and manage monthly expense accruals
• Process non-billable intercompany billing
• Ad hoc reports and tasks as needed
• Assist with annual audit preparations.
• Responsible to maintain process documents (SOPs, Process Maps, etc)
• Works in 6:30PM – 3:30AM

Qualifications:

This may be the right role for you if you have

• Accounts Payable & Recevable with 3 to 5 years experience (Min Degree required)
• Prior Experience in Contrack Management & Audit
• Proficient in MS Office – MS Excel is a must
• Extremely detail orientated
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills
• Great positive team attitude
• Ready to take up additional taks and challenges
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamis AX is a plus.
• Self Driven and Independent to perform the daily operations and handle & resolve Issues
