Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with Yanolja Cloud Solution. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling issues related to office and canteen facilities
- Keep Track of incoming and outgoing couriers and prepare couriers.
- Book Restaurants and pre-order menus for team members or guests whenever needed.
- Book Train/Flight tickets for team members traveling to international locations and for management.
- Book a Hotel for Team members or any Guest/Auditors visiting the Surat office
- Handling Insurance Office two-wheeler and four-wheeler
- Welcoming Guests and redirecting them to the concerned department.
- Welcoming the Candidates coming for an interview and coordinating with the PS Team for their interview.
- Graduation from Any Streme.
- Experience in Office and Canteen Facilities Management, Courier Management, Restaurant Bookings, Menu Pre-ordering, ravel Arrangements, Accommodation Arrangements, Vehicle Insurance, Management Guest, and Guest Reception.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
