Nex Gen Image Gears, is an associate of Videolinks Group, based in Bangalore, and pioneers in the photographic equipment industry in India. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and shall be responsible for customer satisfaction. She shall be fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional Indian languages being an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of Proven track record in a customer centric role.
· Aged between 25-30 years and preferably she should be based within Bangalore city limits.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.
· Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
· Experience in any B2C industry is preferred.
· Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Industry best salary based on experience and qualifications, and not a constraint for the right candidate.
Bonuses: Performance-based Annual/Quarterly bonuses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
