Roles & Responsibilities:

• overall Experience of 4-6 years.
  
  • Minimum 24 months of experience in managing teams for order processing and management services.
• 
  Experience and knowledge in people management
  o PC basic knowledge, typing on PC using keyboard shortcuts
  o Communication skills
  o Coping with stressful situations
  o Selling skills
  o Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  o Focus on customer experience.
