- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in the interviewing process by conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, vacation and sick leaves).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating induction programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including drafting HR documents and correspondence.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
Expected hours: 8 per week
