Position Description: We are looking for a Lead/Manager with 8 to14 yrs. experience in design, implementation and maintenance of Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance administration. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and can liase with multiple global stakeholders and teams towards goals aligned with department and organization objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Active Directory, Entra ID
• Responsible for troubleshooting and manage issues related to identities, Domain controller replication, authentication/authorization and access permissions.
• Support Domain Controller upgrade to latest version
• Management of applications integrated with IAM solution for SSO
• Lead IAM operation and BAU activities
• Ensure Availability, Security and Compliance of Active Directory, Entra ID
• Evaluating and implementing the latest IAM solutions

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID / Azure Active Directory and On-premise Active Directory
• Knowledge on OKTA administration / Net IQ IAM
• Knowledge on Microsoft 365 product suite administration
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
• Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working Hours:

• CET time zone (8.00 am to 5.30 pm)

Qualifications:

• MCA/B-Tech in computer science or Information Technology

Certifications - Desirable

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
