Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to contribute to our sales growth and enhance brand value. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing industry trends, improving sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Upsell the company’s products to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and target potential corporate and individual buyers, generate leads, and drive closures.
- Foster and maintain enduring relationships with customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities via cold-calling and email outreach.
- Conduct product presentations to both prospective and existing buyers.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
- Regularly follow up with customers on current offers and discounts.
- Maintain detailed reports and MIS – daily, weekly, and monthly.
