Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
