Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-Commerce Platform Architect & Lead Developer to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of our high-performance e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will architect and implement custom e-commerce solutions, optimize website performance, and ensure the highest standards of technical excellence and user experience.
Notice Period : Less than 5 weeks
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of high-performance e-commerce platforms.
• Architect and Design Solutions: Create secure, scalable, and robust e-commerce solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative features and improvements.
• Optimize Performance: Enhance website performance and user experience to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high technical standards for UI/UX designs, ensuring feasibility and quality.
• Mentor Development Team: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and high standards.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce, integrating new advancements into projects.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to improve system efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Extensive experience in developing and managing large-scale e-commerce platforms.
• Web Technologies Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend Technologies Expertise: Proficiency in backend technologies like PHP, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• E-Commerce Platforms Knowledge: Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Woo Commerce, or custom-built solutions.
• Database Management: Solid understanding of database systems including My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc.
• Cloud and Dev Ops: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and Dev Ops practices.
• SEO and Optimization: Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
