About Us
Job Description

Lead Generation:
-
Generate leads through various channels such as Cold Calling from existing database, email marketing or social media platforms like Linked-in.
-
Using contact finder to contact details of CTO/CIO's of target companies & create relationship to generate leads.
-
Maintain Lead Sheet
-
Lead Qualification:
-
Qualify leads based on criteria defined by Manager.
-
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and provide insights into lead quality and conversion potential.
-
Follow up with sales team on the lead status.
-
Relationship Building:
-
Engage with potential leads through various touchpoints to build relationships and establish trust.
-
Follow up with leads to nurture them till the opportunity is identified.

Database Management:
-
Responsible to Maintain Master Datasheet.
-
Event Marketing:
-
Calling customers for event registration & Follow-ups.
-
Sending Confirmation & Reminders to attendees.
-
Post Event- Sending Thank you email & contact the registration database to generate leads.
-
Adhoc Task
- As needed by the marketing team, based on ongoing events and projects.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Experience:
-
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) or Google Workspace.
-
Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms (Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media lead generation is a plus.
Communication Skills:
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills:
-
Ability to research and analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Experience in data-driven decision-making and using KPIs to track success.
