Job Title: Legal Compliance Manager
Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Experience: 4+ Years
Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM,Monday to Friday

Qualification:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Law

Job Description:

4+ years’ experience in litigation, corporate law and contract management,Legal Compliance and Procurement
Should have in-depth knowledge of various legal issues that covercontracting fundamentals, as well as exceptional skills in review, negotiatingand finalize contracts, legal report and documentations.
Conducting extensive research using writing and executive administrationskills
Leverage unique combination of Indian & International Corporate Legal Sector.
Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Employment Contracts
Guiding management on regulatory and compliance matters
Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
Representing the corporation before administrative boards
Ensure the legality of commercial transactions
Establish company policy according to legal issues.
Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate legal affair
Good understanding of Contract law, NDA, MSA, Commercial agreements
Worked for International Projects specifically for US, India, UAE laws
Excellent writing and communication skills
Good analytical and interpretation skills
Risk assessment

Key-skills required:
· Contract Drafting, Contract review, Employmentlaw, Commercial Law

Nice to have Skills:

UAE Laws, Experience in IT firm.
