Business Development Manager- Cyber Security

Shift: 6.30 PM-3.30 AM IST - Monday to Friday
Qualification: ME , BE , MCA , MBA
Job Description:
BDM – Cyber Securitywill be responsible to achieve annual quota of Revenue for the Region that youare responsible. Must have strong knowledge on IT Security.
This role is highlycustomer focused, challenging and result oriented, which requires ability andwillingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization.
Skills &Responsibilities-
- Should have 8+ years ofexperience in responding to medium to large RFP/RFIs.
- Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing servicessolutions and products.
- Manage clientrelationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide a consultativesolutions sales process to prospects
- Must have experience on Cyber security, Networking, Security Solution, Firewall.
- Should have servicesselling experience in SIEM, VAPT, EDR, XDR tool.
- Good communication Skills and flexibility to work on client side.
- Developing strongrelationships with customers, connecting with key business executives andstakeholders and preparing sales reports.
- Account Managers alsoanswer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existingcustomers.
- Contacting potentialclients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Developing quotes andproposals for clients.
- Developing goals for thedevelopment team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Negotiate contracts andclose agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisorrelationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive Sponsors
- Ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate theprogress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and externalstakeholders.
- Must have experience inselling Cyber Security (EDR,XDR,VAPT), Network Security (NOC/SOC), Cloud, Infrastructureselling experience.
