As an energetic accountant-based logistics assistant, you will manage a portfolio of impactful multi-touch, multi-channel logistics programs that support the company’s pipeline and supply goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Success in this role comes from a robust background in logistics management, field account flow skills, including planning, message development, execution, ROI tracking, and transportation costing analysis. This position is ideal for a driven high-achiever who can develop integrated logistics plus accounts system at both strategic and tactical levels.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing RTO, vehicle maintenance, insurances, and legal concerns is crucial for compliance and safety.
• Accurate maintenance of accounts and calculation of vehicle expenditures ensures financial efficiency.
• Timely payments of vehicle challans and taxes are essential to avoid legal penalties and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitoring daily activities and vehicle movements is vital for operational success and team coordination.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Besides that, you'll need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• You should be familiar with MS Office, have analytical skills, and be able to work with large amounts of data.
• As a Logistics Accountant in the transportation industry, you'll be handling financial records, creating reports, analyzing financial data and making recommendations to management.
