Logistics Coordinator (Export)- FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics and shipment processes for Exporting Shipments.
- Manage sea shipment clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handle customs inspection processes and resolve any issues promptly.
- Liaise with shipping companies, customs agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods from the supplier's warehouse to both our client's warehouse and our own warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inspections, and customs documentation.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, specifically within the FMCG industry.
- Extensive knowledge of food sea shipment clearance procedures and customs inspection processes.
- Strong understanding of India customs regulations and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to join immediately.
