We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by providing competitive rates and gathering shipment details from inbound leads.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics requirements, and delivering customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure mutually advantageous agreements.
• Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track your own sales performance, and provide valuable feedback to management.
• Customer Support: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless handling of shipments and effectively address any client concerns or issues.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics sales or a related field.
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry is a plus.
