Job Overview:
The role involves ensuring timely and accurate Management Reporting, Cash Flow Forecasting, Financial Planning and conducting in-depth data analysis to guide business decisions. Responsibilities also include creating accurate forecasts, developing impactful presentations for senior management, and continuously improving reporting quality through automation tools like Qlik, Anaplan and Excel.

Reporting Structure
Chief Manager – Finance
Experience:
  • A Chartered Accountant with an experience of 0 to 1 year post qualification experience in similar sized organizations.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead discussions to successful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Science Industry a plus.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Management Reporting:
  • Revenue Recognition - ensure accurate Revenue Recognition compliant with Ind AS115
  • Preparation of India Legal Entity MIS along with executive summary, analysis of performance, balance sheet and other key metrics
  • Participate in preparation of Annual Operating Budget
  • Responsible for monthly book closure for India Legal Entity, ensuring entries are being done accurately (including provisioning)
  • Tracking Inventory and Fixed Assets for India Legal Entity
  • Ensuring timely booking and payment of invoices, ensuring accurate accounting for the same.
Treasury Operations:
  • Preparation of Rolling Cash Flow Forecast
  • Liaise with the corporate treasury team to ensure adequate funding is available
  • Coordination with commercial team to ensure adequate inflow of funds and timely collection of debtors.
Taxation & Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with the Transfer Pricing, GST laws and submission of relevant data to the tax team on a timely basis.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation to support transactions for India
  • Submission of data for NPPA Form Filings in coordination with the consultant.
Audits:
  • Support in quarter end and year end audits from a business perspective
  • Support in Internal Audit.
IT Projects:
  • Development of Qliksense Dashboards in close coordination with the IT Team
  • Support in SAP HANA implementation
