Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 dependent on experience
Come join a great client of ours in the Indy market as their new Office Coordinator! This is a family-owned business-to-business service client who takes great pride in the service they provide to their customers. They have a great office team in place, supportive management, and pay for 50% of employee benefits.
As the Office Coordinator, you will be expected to
- Field incoming calls into the office and route them to the appropriate party with urgency
- Work closely with parts technician and project managers on service orders & entering data into the system; ensuring paperwork is filed appropriately.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and billing
- File appropriate documents as necessary
- Assist with light bookkeeping work
For the Office Coordinator role, they are looking for
