HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled labour and staff aligned with production needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee fair evaluations and link performance to productivity.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage labour union relations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages and oversee payroll and benefits.
- Facility Management: Ensure maintenance, security, and a safe working environment.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with legal requirements and manage essential records.
- Health & Safety: Implement and monitor safety policies to minimize workplace hazards.
- Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans for unforeseen events.
- Workforce Planning: Forecast labour needs and align with production targets.
- HR Strategy Alignment: Align HR and administrative strategies with business goals.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage HR and administrative budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead HR and admin teams, promoting collaboration and performance.
- Communication: Serve as the primary communication link between management and employees.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve workforce conflicts efficiently to maintain productivity.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and report workforce performance and key HR metrics.
- Administrative Reporting: Provide regular reports on facility management and compliance.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR and admin experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a manufacturing or labour-intensive industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software, ATS and Google workspace.
