Key Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled labour and staff aligned with production needs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee fair evaluations and link performance to productivity.
  • Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage labour union relations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages and oversee payroll and benefits.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT:
  • Facility Management: Ensure maintenance, security, and a safe working environment.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with legal requirements and manage essential records.
  • Health & Safety: Implement and monitor safety policies to minimize workplace hazards.
  • Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans for unforeseen events.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION:
  • Workforce Planning: Forecast labour needs and align with production targets.
  • HR Strategy Alignment: Align HR and administrative strategies with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage HR and administrative budgets.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT:
  • Team Leadership: Lead HR and admin teams, promoting collaboration and performance.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary communication link between management and employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve workforce conflicts efficiently to maintain productivity.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS:
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and report workforce performance and key HR metrics.
  • Administrative Reporting: Provide regular reports on facility management and compliance.
QUALITIFICATION & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR and admin experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a manufacturing or labour-intensive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management software, ATS and Google workspace.
