Internship: Recruiting Operations Intern

Internship Duration: 6 months (potential full-time role upon completion of the internship)
Work Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm
Stipend: ₹7,000 - ₹17,000 per month.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with the Founder to support various hiring initiatives and help streamline our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating job advertisements.
· Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
· Maintain and update the candidate database.
· Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
· Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
· Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and performance.
· Assist the Founder in daily business operations and overall professional commitments.
· Accompany the Founder on local business meets & events, providing on-site support during meetings and events.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
· Proficient in using Word and Excel, with good verbal & written English communication skills.
· Shows empathy and consideration in interactions.
· Able to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
· Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
