Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant Operator to join our team and manage our water purification systems in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain RO water purification systems
• Ensure optimal performance of RO equipment to maintain required water quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on RO systems
• Perform water quality tests and maintain proper documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve RO system-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
• Implement water conservation practices in RO plant operations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an RO Plant Operator in the pharmaceutical industry
• Technical training or certification related to water treatment systems (preferably ITI)
• Strong knowledge of RO systems and water purification processes used in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical water quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
