• Working with peer groups in root cause analysis and instituting corrective and preventive action

• Ensure compliance to test schedules as per India Lab Program and working jointly with Technical and Manufacturing for improvements on Lab findings.

• Minimum 5 years, proven track record in Quality assurance functions, Laboratory/Incoming quality management/ Material testing .
• Diploma / BTech in Engineering.

• Good analytical and technical judgement skills, Laboratory Management, Awareness of national and international standards.
• Raw material testing, Application, and knowledge of statistics in laboratory.
• Problem solving method.
• MIS preparation, Calibration, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP.
• Knowledge of Quality System requirements ISO 9001
