Senior Manager - Enterprise

Jio Tesseract, a digital arm of Reliance Industries, is India's leading and largest AR/VR organization with the mission to democratize mixed reality for India and the world. We specialize in creating solutions in AR, VR and AI, with some of our notable products such as Jio Glass, Jio Dive, 360 Streaming, Metaverse, AR/VR headsets for consumers and enterprise space.

About the Job

A Enterprise Sales Manager will possess the relevant skills, aspirations and experience to build and scale the Jio Glass Enterprise Business from scratch.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating the Enterprise XR Business Plan for specific industries and business use cases
  • Building Enterprise sales pipeline and partner ecosystem
  • Customer Understanding & GTM Strategy - Market segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • Customer trails, product market fit and sales strategy development
  • Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with partners and system integrators

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 3rd party solutions providers to enable cross-industry enterprise XR solutions on the Jio Glass Platform.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to test enterprise solutions in the market, identify new use cases, share customer insights and feature requests with the product team to help establish product-market fit and collect customer feedback.
  • Responsibilities include prospecting activities, pipeline building, and driving opportunities across targeted market segments.
  • Assesses sales pipeline activity & forecasts to determine sales progress & areas for refinement/improvement.
  • Set up internal and external processes for streamlining business operations and solution deployment.
  • Partner and maintain proactive lines of communication with other cross-functional leaders and senior leadership, including developing and delivering accurate forecast and attainment details during weekly and other regular updates. Be involved in Enterprise Marketing activities like events, trade shows etc.
  • Consolidate market feedback and articulate it to the team for improvements across the offering like Product, Operations, Sales, and Pricing.

What We Need To See

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales/account management team at Saa S or IT Services company.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Product, Legal, Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience structuring and executing Enterprise Level Agreements.
  • A self-motivated, high-performing sales/ partnerships professional works in hustle mode to get the job done.
  • The ability to lead teams to prospect, demo, and close in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to recognize industry trends, understand long-term implications, and deliver recommended strategies for new opportunities to expand Jio Glass' enterprise market.
  • Experience working with AR/VR products in the enterprise space is an added advantage
