Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales Strategic Partner. This role requires an individual with a strong background in sales, communication, or public relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. This role is pivotal in positioning our company as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their business outcomes.
2. Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
3. Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights to the company on market dynamics, client behavior, and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement in service and product offerings.
  • Present sales strategies, performance, and market insights to senior leadership.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, communication, or public relations, with a track record of successful client relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
