Job Location: Santa Cruz East, Mumbai
The Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and recruiting high-caliber talent for various roles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support the growth and operational needs of our education-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Self-Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates independently from various online job portals such as Linked In, Naukri, and other relevant platforms. Ability to creatively develop zero-cost recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Campus Recruitment: Manage the entire campus recruitment process, from building relationships with academic institutions to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring fresh talent.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, rolling out offers, and handling new joiner documentation.
• JD Creation: Collaborate with various hiring managers to create clear and detailed job descriptions that align with the organizational goals and needs of each department.
• Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to promote Lighthouse Learning Group as a preferred employer in the education sector.
• MIS & Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports, track recruitment metrics, and build a comprehensive candidate database to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on self-sourcing, managing the full recruitment cycle, and campus hiring

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹880,646.41 per year
