VACANCY with India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company with a network of over 1,200 pre-schools and 42 Schools, the Companyis operating since past 25 years,the group has always stayed ahead of the curve and is a harbinger of change in the educational landscape.
Job : Location: Pune
The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with the Group's philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of School's curriculum.
To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:  Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners  Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training Assisting in hiring franchise staff. 2. To ensure academic excellence by:  Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP),  Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.  Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules  Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.
Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
