As an Admin Sparepart member, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our team, ensuring that all operations are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processes.
- Have experience with office software and tools to manage schedules, communications, and data.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage the administration process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding invoices and follow up with clients as needed.
- Prepare regular reports status every month and aged receivables for management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
