Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in managing and training front office staff, ensuring they deliver high standards of service and professionalism
- Support the Front Office Manager in coordinating front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and billing
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of front office transactions, staff schedules, and inventory of supplies
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all front office operations
- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
