REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the same position
• Passion for coffee and a strong interest in the coffee industry.
• Fluent in English (communication skill with customer)
• Able to interact positively with customer
• Able to work with teams and individuals
• Placement: Batam

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty coffees.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all coffee preparations.
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations
