Job Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to the President Director, delivering data-driven recommendations and spearheading initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and track cross-functional initiatives, utilizing dashboards and KPIs to ensure that projects are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Lead the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of M&A opportunities, creating business cases that shape the future of the company. Oversee post-merger integration and deliver on strategic growth objectives.
• Evaluate new markets, industries, and potential partnerships. Provide high-level presentations and strategic roadmaps for the company’s & project’s expansion, diversification, and innovation initiatives.
• Develop complex financial models, perform valuations, and conduct scenario analyses to guide key capital allocation decisions. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential investors by preparing pitch decks, investment memoranda, and other communication materials. Drive fundraising efforts and act as a key liaison with external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for BOC, BOD, and Board Forum meetings, ensuring data clarity, actionable insights, and alignment with corporate goals. Provide leadership with recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
• Lead and ensure the timely execution of strategic projects, actively tracking progress using dashboards and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with key business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, public accounting firms, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate offices in a similar capacity.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, market research, and business case development. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and financial tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to work with C-level executives and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
